PURPOSE: A mobile card payment system and an access point information collecting method are provided to collect access point information of a mobile communication terminal and to update transmitted information in database.;CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal processes mobile card payment through a mobile card payment terminal(S10). A card company server transmits mobile card payment processing information to an AP(Access Point) information collecting server(S20). The AP information collecting server transmits an AP information collecting control signal to the mobile communication terminal(S30). The AP information collecting server receives AP information which is received from the mobile communication terminal(S40).
