PURPOSE: a kind of to pass through the influence that the life cycle environmental impact two-dimensionally indicated and life cycle cost and its system are provided for the power information about energy using the signature analysis energy, based on the analysis results to environment, life cycle environmental impact and above-mentioned life cycle cost are passed through by analyzing influence. ;CONSTITUTION: cost calculation unit (110) calculates the cost of generated energy by source generating unit. Greenhouse gases displacement computing unit (120) calculates the source generating unit emitted when displacement greenhouse gases and produces electricl energy. Chart generation unit (130) generates X-Y scheme and is based on calculated cost and calculated displacement.
