PURPOSE: A method for combining a muffler cover and a muffler body of an intake muffler for a hermetic compressor and an injection molding device used for the same are provided to improve combining strength because a muffler cover and a muffler body are combined after a dual injection molding after being assembled.;CONSTITUTION: A method for combining a muffler cover and a muffler body of an intake muffler for a hermetic compressor is as follows. An intake muffler assembly(2) composed of a muffler cover and a muffler body is placed in a movable mold(12). The movable mold and a fixed mold(14) are engaged and a resin molten by a runner(15) of the fixed mold is supplied and cured. The movable and fixed molds are separated and a dual injection molded intake muffler is drawn out. A cavity is formed along an outer wall of an end portion of the muffler body and the muffler cover in the movable and fixed molds.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
