PURPOSE: An intake muffler mounting structure of a closed compressor is provided to fix an intake muffler by pressing a fixed blade of a discharge unit with a head cover by placing the discharge unit of the muffler on a placing unit of the head cover and a head plate and mounting the head plate and the head cover to a cylinder block. CONSTITUTION: An intake muffler mounting structure of a closed compressor is composed of an intake muffler(130) having a discharge unit(135) for transmitting actuating fluid passing through the inside into a compression chamber formed at a cylinder block and at least one fixed blade(136) disposed at the outside of the discharge unit; a head plate(140) having a placing unit(141) on which the discharge unit is settled and a fixed blade inserting unit(143) formed at the side wall of the placing unit and fitted with the fixed blade; and a head cover(150) mounted at the head plate and composed of a placing unit(151) settled with the discharge unit to press the fixed blade toward the cylinder block. While the discharge unit of the intake muffler is settled on the placing unit, the intake muffler is fixed by mounting the head plate and the head cover to the cylinder block.
