METHOD FOR PRODUCING GRANULAR MEDICINE USED OF AGED RED GARLIC AND MATURING GARLIC GRANULAR MEDICINE MADE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A granular medicine using red garlic, and a producing method thereof are provided to remove the spicy taste and flavor from garlic, and to offer proper amount of browning components with improved functionality to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a granular medicine using red garlic comprises the following steps: freezing fresh garlic after peeling for 20-24 hours, and uniformly increase the temperature from 0-10 deg C to 70-80 deg C for 24 hours for thawing the garlic; aging the garlic for 30-36 hours at 70-80 deg C, supplying the moisture to the garlic for 10-12 hours at 50-60 deg C, and drying the garlic for 5-10 hours to obtain the red garlic; adding water to the red garlic, and extracting for 2-6 hours at 80-100 deg C to obtain a red garlic extract; coating the red garlic extract using tangerine fibers as seeds; and coating the tangerine fibers coated with the red garlic extract with a mixture of glucose and lactose.
