PURPOSE: An explicit fire propagation path searching method and an explicit fire scenario identifying method are provided to consider simultaneous propagation and multiple propagation of a fire place by using a fire propagation equation. CONSTITUTION: A region where there is fire is divided into a plurality of partitions. A fire accident in a specific place is classified into lower accidents according to a diffusion path. The lower accidents are grouped into accident groups according to the same diffusion path. The fire accident is modeled by adding mutually exclusive items in the specific partition. The lower accidents include accident diffused to the other partitions.
