The method involves rough-milling comminuting materials e.g. component A and component B, to obtain fragments lower than approximately 10 cm, where the component A contains reticulated polyester resin with reinforcement fibers issued from composite waste. The components are weighed and pre-heated by simultaneous introduction of the components into a mixing furnace. A compact mass in water is cooled at temperature lower than 30 degree Celsius approximately at ambient temperature to obtain a recycling product for recycling plastic materials. An independent claim is also included for a plastic waste recycling product comprising components.
