The method involves obtaining (E30) tracking information recorded on a storage device, and decoding the tracking information so as to identify a meta-event associated with the tracking information. A temporal information associated with the identified meta-event is read in a model. A time lag is determined from the temporal information, moment of execution flow of a service and an instant at which the tracking information is obtained. Enriched tracking information is generated based on the time lag.
