The assembly has two upstream and downstream rotor disks (1, 2) fixedly connected by a collar (3). The disks are formed with mounting cells (4, 5) of blade roots (6, 7). A set of ventilation units ventilates the cells. The collar comprises a median part (10) formed on its outer face with wipers (12) and a downstream part (9) extending from the median part until an upstream face (16) of the downstream disk. The downstream part of the collar is surrounded by a sectorized annular flange (20), where the downstream part is formed with air passage openings (17) opened in an annular space (21).
