PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daily living area setting apparatus capable of automatically setting a daily living area of a user.;SOLUTION: A daily living area setting system comprises storage means, basic data generation means, mesh data generation means, and daily living area setting means. The storage means correspondingly stores in a predetermined database a positioning point and a positioning time, transmitted from a mobile terminal, where a present location of the mobile terminal is determined. The basic data generation means generates basic data by making the positioning point and the positioning time correspondent to a mesh area to which the positioning point belongs. The mesh data generation means generates mesh data by calculating the number of times of determining the positioning point within a predetermined period of time in each mesh area and/or the time for a user of the mobile terminal to stay in the positioning point on the basis of the basic data, and making each mesh area correspondent to the calculated number of times of positioning and/or the time of stay.
