PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine aliquot packer with excellent operability, which allows a user to easily and correctly recognize the setting position of a partition means.;SOLUTION: A medicine aliquot packer 10 for aliquot packaging medicines with a predetermined aliquot number, based on inputted prescription data includes: a powder medicine supply part 1 to which a powder medicine is supplied; an aliquot packaging means for aliquot packaging medicines supplied to the medicine aliquot packer, such as the powder medicine supplied to the powder medicine supply part 1; and a control part for controlling the respective parts of the medicine aliquot packer. The powder medicine supply part 1 includes: a powder medicine storage container 11 arranged to be extended in the longitudinal direction and storing the powder medicine; the partition means 12 for partitioning the inner part of the powder medicine storage container by being set at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction inside the powder medicine storage container 11; and a position display means 13 arranged to be extended in the longitudinal direction in the neighborhood of the powder medicine storage container.
