PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement providing system and method for synchronizing an advertisement explanation and an accumulation condition.SOLUTION: The advertisement providing system includes a keyword confirmation section for confirming whether a keyword preset in association with an accumulated fund belongs to an advertisement title and an explanation phrase inputted by an advertiser, and a registration management section for permitting or restricting the registration of the title and the explanation phrase in accordance with the presence/absence of joining of an affiliated store of the advertiser when the keyword belongs. In this time, an accumulated fund is determined on the basis of a transaction price by purchase and provided to a publisher associate member when the associate member visits an affiliated store by an advertisement in a web page relating to a publisher and purchases merchandise or a service.
