PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic door control device capable of preventing movement of a door even when an external force urging the door to be artificially moved is applied to the door stopped in a stop position, an automatic door control system, and an automatic door control method.;SOLUTION: In the case where an external force is applied to an automatic door in a stopped state and where the door is moved by a predetermined distance in a direction opposite to a driving direction of a motor 22, the motor 22 is driven by delaying an advanced ignition value of a drive voltage output by an inverter 14 and increasing a voltage value. Additionally, when a duration in a door-stopped state exceeds a threshold in the state of generating high driving torque in the motor 22, the driving torque of the motor 22 is reduced.
