PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate an outlet of a toilet roll with no pipe core.;SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the toilet roll with no pipe roll includes: a process wherein a toilet paper raw paper with a width of at least a plurality of times of a product width of the toilet roll and being continuous is wound out from a raw paper roll, and a site separated at a predetermined distance from the top end is brought into contact with a core shaft; and a process wherein an outlet discriminating information is added on the contacting site between the top end and the core shaft.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
