The holder has a metallic cylinder ring (30) with a longitudinal axis, an outer side and an inner side. Positioning devices are provided on the inner side of the ring over circumference for force-fit fixing of the cylinder ring at a foundation pipe (24) by gravitational force in interaction with positioning projections (70), which are provided at the outer side of the ring. The cylinder ring is provided with passage holes in the outer side of the ring. The positioning devices comprise guiding paths, and a clearance for the projections is provided at narrow ends of the paths. An independent claim is also included for a connection structure between a pier of an off-shore wind power plant and an anode holder.
