PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system by which terminals displaying the same information can make a community communication mutually by a simple operation. PSOLUTION: In the information providing system, a user terminal device 110 comprises: an information display control means 311 for making a display device display information provided from an information providing server 120; and a community communicating means 312 which is plugged in browser software constituting the information display control means 311, specifies a community theme corresponding to a URL with reference to an internal control table 322 from the URL of information displayed on a browser, performs communication with a community management server 130 on the basis of an environment definition file 321, and performs display such as a community picture.
