PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas alarm device and a gas alarm method capable of giving a gas alarm according to an influence state of carbon monoxide with respect to a human body, simply and accurately.;SOLUTION: A ROM 12b stores therein in advance a relation between a leakage time T and a CO hemoglobin concentration in blood at each CO concentration of 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1400 ppm in an oxygen concentration of 18%. A CPU 12a detects a CO hemoglobin concentration in blood on the basis of the relation, a CO concentration detected by a gas sensor 10, and a leakage time T at the detected CO concentration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
