METHOD FOR OSTEOPLASTY IN PATIENTS WITH DEFECTS AND DEFORMITIES OF DENTITION WITH TRIANGULAR RESORPTION OF BONE TISSUE IN MIDDLE OF EDENTULOUS ALVEOLAR RIDGE

A method for osteoplasty in the patients with the defects and deformities of the dentition with triangular resorption of the bone tissue in the middle of the edentulous alveolar ridge comprises trapezoid cut of the mucosa and the periosteum, the separation of the full-thickness mucous-periosteal flap, the osteotomy of the alveolar ridge in the shape of two triangles, the fixation of mucosa and periosteum, the transposition of the triangles generated with their apices facing each other generating the straight line on the alveolar ridge, the filling of the space generated with osteoplastic material, the closure with the protective membrane, the proper placing of the vestibular mucous-periosteal flap, and the suturing.
