PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning machine in which a separation projection is formed on the yarn-contacting surface of a yarn guide hole, and therefore which does not need the exchange of a needle holder in response to the turning direction of a turned gas flow formed in a spinning chamber and can improve the workability of a work for switching the twisting of the spun yarn. PSOLUTION: This spinning machine in which a spinning member having a nozzle block 11 having air-jetting holes formed therein, a hollow guide shaft body 17, a yarn guide hole 101 opened on the tip side of the hollow shaft body, and a yarn guide member 106 for guiding the yarn to the tip of the hollow guide shaft body is disposed is characterized by forming a separation projection 105 for specifying passageways 103S, 103Z having different yarn-guiding directions to the yarn guide member, on the yarn-contacting surface of the yarn-guiding hole.
