METHOD FOR ANALYZING CALL LOSS IN SIGNALLING PROCESS USING FISHBONE DIAGRAM

A method for analyzing call loss in a signalling process using a fishbone diagram comprises: according to a fishbone diagram formed in each stage in the call loss process of a signalling process, firstly, forming the main body of the fishbone diagram, the main body representing a process of a service from start to end, and identifying some important stages in a service process through some key states; forming branches above and below the main body of the fishbone diagram, the branches representing all types of signalling process statistics appearing between adjacent stages of the main body, and alternatively appearing above and below the main body in accordance with the appearance sequence thereof; and forming burrs on each branch, the burrs representing the subdivision of all types of detailed call loss reasons of the branches, and naturally unfolding or shrinking and hiding when a user focuses on the corresponding branch. According to the method, the call loss distribution situation of each stage in a service process can be displayed in a visual pattern manner, so as to enable network maintenance personnel to learn about the stage and reason of network service failure in time and react in time, thereby effectively increasing the call loss processing efficiency.
