PURPOSE: An active haptic master system with 3 degrees of freedom using ER fluid is provided to remove the torque-ripple or the cogging of a servo motor system.;CONSTITUTION: An active haptic master system with 3 degrees of freedom using ER fluid comprises an outer body unit and an inner globe(20). The outer body unit comprises a three rotating ER clutches and a globe-shaped inside. The inner globe is moved in the outer body unit.
