PURPOSE: A unilateral Parkinson's disease animal model and a determining method of antiparkinsonian agent effects using the same are provided to determine the effects of candidate substance or antiparkinsonian agent by using animal models.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a unilateral Parkinson's disease animal model comprises the following steps: injecting divalent ferrous iron into one substantia nigra of an animal; and unilateral rotating according to the divalent ferrous iron injection. The animal is a rat. The divalent ferrous iron is injected as a compound of citric acid primary ferrous citrate or ferrous chloride. The injection amount of the citric acid primary ferrous iron or chloridizing agent is 4.0 nano M to 8.0 nano M.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
