PURPOSE: A masonry block including the construction efficiency and a construction method thereof are provided to improve workability and to reduce the construction costs by changing the standards of a standard block and by rapidly obtaining the workability of the construction with small amounts of masonry block.;CONSTITUTION: A masonry block(100) comprises a cubical body(110), a horizontal reinforcement groove(120), and a pair of horizontal through holes. The horizontal reinforcement groove inserts a horizontal stiffener by forming a groove in the center of the upper surface of the body in a horizontal line. A pair of vertical through holes penetrates the upper surface and the lower surface of the body and is formed as a rectangle on the left and right side in a longitudinal direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
