PURPOSE: A frying apparatus, and a frying system using the apparatus are provided to evenly fry stick-type snacks including churros by rotating the snacks with a rod conveyor belt formed with rod-type protrusion on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A frying apparatus comprises: a frying device(100) receiving high temperature oil, receiving snack flour, and frying the flour to a snack; an oil tank(200) storing oil for frying the snack; an oil storage unit(301) receiving oil by being connected to the oil tank through an oil supply pipe; a heating unit(303) heating the oil storage unit at the lower part of the oil storage unit; an oil heating apparatus(300) comprising the oil storage unit and the heating unit, and supplying the heated oil to the frying device; and a flour supply device(400) kneading the stick-type snack, and supply to the upper part of the frying device. A frying tub comprises a lower part oil transfer pipe(111) and an upper part oil transfer pipe(112). One end of the lower part oil transfer pipe is connected to the oil heating apparatus, the other end of the lower part oil transfer pipe is connected to the frying tub, the lower part oil transfer pipe supplies the high temperature oil to the frying tub directly. One end of the upper part oil transfer pipe is connected to the oil heating apparatus, the other end of the upper part oil transfer pipe is positioned in the upper part of the frying tub, the edge of the upper part oil transfer pipe is equipped with a spray nozzle, the upper part oil transfer pipe sprays the oil to the frying tub.
