PURPOSE: A QoS(Quality of Service) policy setting method for traffic and a device thereof are provided to execute specific interface signaling with PCRF using received PCRF information.;CONSTITUTION: PCRF information or Realm information of a specific terminal is searched by an address of BPCF(226). The PCRF information of the specific terminal acquired by a DRA(Diameter Routing Agent) through the BPCF or the Realm information is received from the BPCF. Specific interface signaling is executed with PCRF(216) using the PCRF information. PCRF information is received from the DRA using Realm domain information included in the Realm information.
