PURPOSE: A steel pipe coupling device for a spread beam, a steel pipe spread beam for supporting a retaining wall, and a construction method thereof are provided to obtain even bending performance by including a predetermined position in between steel pipes. CONSTITUTION: First and second ring plates(110,120) are located in order to arrange a reinforcement protrusion unit(150) of a coupling device(100) between steel pipes. A connection unit(130) is connected to first and second connection pieces(111,121) formed on an end of a periphery direction of the first and second ring plates so that the inside of the first and second ring plates is attached to an exterior of the steel pipe. The steel pipe is pressurized in an axial direction so that the end of the steel pipe is individually attached to both protruded surfaces of the reinforcement protrusion unit. The reinforcement protrusion unit is installed in over one of the first and second ring plates.
