PURPOSE: An integrated recognition rehabilitation system and an integrated recognition rehabilitation service providing method are provided to be integrally operated in one system by uniting the recognition function evaluation, training, and the training evaluation, thereby enabling the accurate recognition and perception ability evaluation of a patient and providing a system which is able to comprise the training contents. CONSTITUTION: A system (1) is comprised of a web server (10), a recognition function evaluation module (20), a training module (30), and a training evaluation module (40). The system is able to communication through the network. The integrated recognition rehabilitation system is comprised of a recognition function evaluation program, a training program, a training evaluation program, and an integrated software which includes a control program integrating and controlling thereof. The web server provides the integrated recognition rehabilitation system as the internet service. The web server provides the patient information and patient management information service, the nurse or curer information service, the patient treatment inquiry service, the curer treatment plan storing and analyzing service, and the training evaluation data monitoring service.
