PURPOSE: A senseless vector control device of a wind power generator is provided to prevent a dangerous element by executing a vector control process by using a neural circuit network.;CONSTITUTION: A neural circuit network (110) is comprised of a plurality of nodes. The neural circuit network measures the voltage and current of a permanent magnet synchronous generator. The neural circuit network estimates the actual velocity of a rotor. An inverter (120) outputs a PWM signal to the permanent magnet synchronous generator. The inverter controls the vector of the permanent magnet synchronous generator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
