PURPOSE: A facility electricity production device using a rotation device and a potential energy is provided to generate an electrical energy by a potential energy generating a rotatory power by generating the potential energy continuously by generating the potential energy by using gravity.;CONSTITUTION: A facility electricity production device using a rotation device and a potential energy comprises the following steps: a frame (6a) is combined at a height middle portion of both sides of an outer frame (6) to a whole width direction; in one side of a frame length, a ucp bearing housing (16) is combined; in the bearing housing, a main shaft (1) is combined horizontally; a rotation guide track (15) of a short cylinder shape is located in a circumference of the main shaft which becomes an inside side space of the outer frame; a center of the rotation guide track which has the same height comparing with a shaft line of the main shaft is located in an eccentric position; in the rotation guide track, a horizontal frame (15b) and a perpendicular frame (16a) combined in an up and down part of a cylinder inside of the rotation guide track symmetrically are combined in a perpendicular support (7) combined in an outer frame perpendicularly at a forward and backward middle portion of a width and a middle portion of a left and right length of the outer frame; and at the same time, the rotation guide track is combined around the perpendicular support in a left and right to a symmetrical structure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
