The present invention relates to an eco-friendly pumping-up power generation system configured by an eco-friendly green power generation method, comprising: a structure of organizing a first water storage apparatus (7000); a structure of organizing a second water storage apparatus (6000); a structure of organizing an air discharge amount control valve (1500); a structure of organizing a gravitational acceleration action generating discharge pipe (5200); a structure of organizing a first power generating water wheel (5230); a structure of organizing a discharge amount control valve (5800); and a structure of organizing an opening and closing valve (5310). Therefore, the eco-friendly green power generation method is provided to purify polluted water to become clean, and to produce highly efficient electricity.
