PURPOSE: A different material embracing device is provided to resolve the problem of sealability caused by the gap of a bottle neck by forming a bottle neck sealing part on the outside of the embracing part.;CONSTITUTION: On the inside of a side part (101) of a main body (100), more than one screw threads (102,103) are formed and in the side of the side part, a main body connecting part (104) is formed. The main body connecting part is connected in a way a connecting part (203) of an assembly embracing part (200) is connected. In the lower part of the connecting part on the assembly embracing part, a protruding part (105) is formed. In the main body, a cover (106) which is with a cut line (107) is formed. In a lower storing part (202) of a folding part (F), an opening part (204) which is extended to the lower part is assembled or connected. A storing part (201) comprises storing space which is sealed with a sealing part (205). In the upper folding part, a round part (206) is formed.
