PURPOSE: A liquid nitrogen level meter using a high temperature superconductor is provided to measure the level of liquid nitrogen in which the boiling point is 77 K by using a filament of a high temperature superconductive material in which critical temperature is more than 80 K.;CONSTITUTION: A liquid nitrogen level meter using a high temperature superconductor includes a filament (100) of a high temperature superconductive material, a heater (200), a power supply unit (300), and a level determination unit (400). The filament of a high temperature superconductive material is installed inside a liquid nitrogen container. The heater is spaced at a predetermined interval from the filament to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the filament and provides thermal energy to the filament. The power supply unit supplies a current to the filament and the heater.
