PURPOSE: A non-contact charging device of an electric vehicle and a method for providing a non-contact charging service using the same are provided to efficiently provide a non-contact charging service as a non-contact charging station of the electric vehicle is installed by using a car-stopper in which a power transmitting unit is mounted. CONSTITUTION: A car-stopper housing(11) is installed in a parking area. A power transmitting unit(12) is detachably installed in the car-stopper housing. The power transmitting unit includes a primary coil(121) for a non-contact charge. A position adjusting unit(13) adjusts the height of the power transmitting unit. A pressure sensor(14) senses the pressure over a predetermined pressure actuating on the surface of a car-stopper(10). A height measuring unit(15) measures the height of a specific portion of a vehicle.
