According to the present invention, provided is a method of providing a driver of an electric powered vehicle having both a rechargeable energy source storage means and a replaceable energy source storage means with charging and replacement information of the storage means, the method comprising: a remaining energy amount checking step of checking, by a monitoring unit, in real time, a remaining amount of an energy source stored in the rechargeable energy source storage means and a remaining amount of an energy source stored in the replaceable energy source storage means; a guide condition satisfaction checking step of checking, by a charging and replacement information providing control unit, whether a guide condition for guiding a driver through charging of the rechargeable energy source storage means or replacement of the replaceable energy source storage means is satisfied; and a replacement condition satisfaction checking step of checking, by the charging and replacement information providing control unit, whether a replacement condition of the replaceable energy source storage means is satisfied, when the guide condition is satisfied, wherein the guide condition is a case in which the sum of a travelable distance with the remaining amount of the energy source stored in the rechargeable energy source storage means and a travelable distance with the remaining amount of the energy source stored in the replaceable energy source storage means is less than a set traveling distance.
