PURPOSE: A system for managing the geographic information geodetic survey data of a ground surface by confirming a reference point and a leveling point is provided to protect a total station from external and to safely protect survey equipment in case of rain. CONSTITUTION: A system for managing the geographic information geodetic survey data of a ground surface by confirming a reference point and a leveling point comprises a reference station(A), a reference surveying device, a geodetic survey data processing device(C), a lighting device, and a waterproofing device. The reference station receives a current location value from a satellite and calculates the current location value and a saved absolute value, thereby wirelessly transmitting a GPS correction value. The reference surveying device surveys a first reference position, a second reference position, and a survey location. The survey data processing device confirms whether or not coordinates of the first and second reference points are identical to existing coordinates by using data received from the reference surveying devices installed in the first and second reference points and determines the necessity of a resurvey of the survey location desired to survey on the basis of the first and second reference points when the coordinates of the first and second reference points are identical to the existing coordinate. The lighting device is arranged in the circumference of the air supply device and emits warning lights to the periphery of the air supply device.
