PURPOSE: Geographic data for a reference point through a GPS confirmation and a geodetic survey system observing and confirming a geographic feature are provided to obtain the reliability of measured data by installing a positioning device on the exterior walls of a building.;CONSTITUTION: A base station(100) receives a position value by GPS from an artificial satellite(10), outputs GPS adjustment value by computing with the stored value, and wirelessly transmits the outputted GPS adjustment value. A total station(200) wire and wirelessly transmits a GPS adjustment value received from the base station, a coordinate value which calculated a GPS signal received from the artificial satellite, an angle and a distance value from the previously measured positioning point.
