PURPOSE: Highly conductive carbon nano-tubes and a highly conductive polymer nano-composite composition using the same are provided to secure conductivity and high intensity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing carbon nano-tubes in bundle structures includes the following: a carbon supplying source is injected into amorphous sheet-shaped transition metal catalytic particles; and bundle structured carbon nano-tubes are grown at the upper sides and the lower sides of the catalytic particles based on a chemical vapor deposition method of 400-800 degrees Celsius. The widths of the catalytic particles are in a range between 3 and 30um. The lengths of the catalytic particles are in a range between 3 and 30um. The thicknesses of the catalytic particles are in a range between 0.1 and 3um.
