PURPOSE: A method for preparing lacquer extract with high flavonoid content is provided to ensure flavonoid extraction efficiency and to simplify process. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing lacquer extract with high flavonoid content comprises: a step of adding 900-2900 weight parts of purified water to 100 weight parts of lacquer to prepare a mixture; a step of performing hot water extraction of the mixture at 115-125C and 1-1.5kg/cm^2; a step of concentrating the hot water extract by 11-20Bx.
