Pseudomonas aurantiaca IB5-10 having environmental stresses resistance and plant growth promotion, microbial agent containing the same, and method for recovering of coastal sand dune plants

PURPOSE: A Pseudomonas aurantiaca IB5-10 is provided to promote growth of shore dune plants and to enhance germination rate. CONSTITUTION: A Pseudomonas aurantiaca IB5-10(deposit number KACC 91561P) is isolated from rhizosphere of shore dune plants. The novel strain contains 16S rDNA containing a base sequence of sequence number 1. A microorganism formulation contains the Pseudomonas aurantiaca IB5-10 as an active ingredient. The microorganism formulation enhances drought and salt stress resistance of the shore dune plants. The microorganism formulation contains a culture medium for the Pseudomonas aurantiaca IB5-10 and inorganic carriers. The culture medium contains 15-30 g/L of molasses, 15-30 g/L of corn steep liquor, 5-15 g/L of ammonium sulfate, 4-7 g/L of monopotassium phosphate, 3-5 g/L of dipotassium phosphate, 2-4 g/L of magnesium sulfate, 0.3-0.7 g/L of manganese sulfate, and 0.5-0.8 g/L of antifoaming agent .
