PURPOSE: An organic thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase absorption rate of light energy by concentrating strong light energy on a photoelectric transformation layer using Plasmon resonance. CONSTITUTION: A positive electrode(20) is formed on a substrate. The positive electrode comprises a transparency metal pattern of a lattice shape. An organic multi-layered thin film is formed on the positive electrode. The organic multi-layered thin film comprises an electron donation layer, an electron acceptation layer, and a hole-transport layer(35). The hole-transport layer is formed between the electron donation layer and the positive electrode. A negative electrode is formed on the organic multi-layered thin film.
