PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell enabling increase in photoelectric energy conversion efficiency, a substrate for the organic thin-film solar cell, a method of manufacturing the organic thin-film solar cell, and a method of manufacturing the substrate for the organic thin-film solar cell.SOLUTION: There is disclosed an organic thin-film solar cell which is composed so as to have an uneven shaped fine structure on an interface between an organic semiconductor layer and a cathode inside the organic thin-film solar cell, and in more detail, by laminating at least an anode, the organic semiconductor layer and the cathode on a substrate. This solar cell is made to have the uneven shaped fine structure on the interface between the organic semiconductor layer and the cathode.
