THE MANUFACTURING INCOMBUSTIBILITY WOOD AND INCOMBUSTIBILITY WOOD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nonflammable timber and a nonflammable timber thereof are provided not only to maintain an original timber shape even after the treatment with a nonflammable agent but also to have a high nonflammability without burning itself at high temperatures of more than 1000=, thereby being helpful for fire safety and presenting the widespread utilization of the nonflammable timber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nonflammable timber is composed of the following steps of: the step of soaking(S1) the timber by dipping the timber into a soaking agent to expand the wood pores of the timber; the step of a nonflammable processing(S2) wherein the timber with expanded pores is dipped into a nonflammable agent composed of 20-50 wt% of silicate, 1-20 wt% of stone powder, 20-50 wt% of oil paint and 10-20 wt% of a wetting agent; the step of drying the nonflammable-processed timber at 45-90=; and the step of manufacturing(S4) plywood with the non-flammable timber.
