PURPOSE: A device and a method for dry-saturating a specimen are provided to improve vacuum efficiency and to completely fill an effective pore of a rock specimen with water.;CONSTITUTION: A device for dry-saturating a specimen comprises a vacuum chamber(10), a water supply container(20), a specimen container(30), and a water supply member. The vacuum chamber is blocked with outdoor air. The water supply container is installed inside the vacuum chamber and receives water. The specimen container is installed inside the vacuum chamber and includes a space for receiving a specimen. The water supply member connects the water supply container and the specimen container.
