PURPOSE: An electrolytic reducing porous UO2(Uranium Dioxide) sintered pellet manufacturing method for collecting a metal fuel reactor and a porous UO2 sintered pellet manufactured by the same are provided to facilitate the penetration of electrolytes, thereby increasing an electrolytic reduction speed. CONSTITUTION: A nuclear fuel after use is oxidized. UO2 is included in the nuclear fuel. Powder including U3O8 is formed by oxidation. A molded body is manufactured by molding the powder. A porous UO2 sintered pellet is formed by sintering the molded body with a controlled atmosphere.
