PURPOSE: A unit cell of a solid oxide fuel cell is provided to remarkably reduce resistance and to have reliability even at a low temperature, and to have a high output performance, using CeScSZ which is a highly ion-conductive solid material. CONSTITUTION: A unit cell of a solid oxide fuel cell includes a fuel electrode support formed of a mixed material of NiO and YSZ; a fuel electrode reaction layer formed of a mixed material of CesCSZ and NiO; an electrolyte formed of a CeScSZe material; and an air electrode formed of a mixed material of LSM and CeScSZ. The fuel electrode reaction layer, the electrolyte, and the air electrode include 1Ce10ScSZ powder. The fuel electrode support, the fuel electrode reaction layer and the electrolyte are simultaneously inserted using a film which is manufactured using a tape casting method.
