摘要

PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide micro electrode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively conduct a study on the influence of the primary production of benthic micro microalgae inhabit on the sea bottom.;CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide micro electrode includes a bicarbonate electrolyte (200), a liquid ion exchange membrane pH microelectrode (100), and an outer case (300). The pH microelectrode measures a pH change concomitant with a change in the carbon dioxide concentration of the electrolyte. The outer case includes the electrolyte and the liquid ion exchange membrane pH microelectrode inside and protects the same. The liquid ion exchange membrane pH microelectrode includes a green glass pipe and pH microelectrode electrolyte. The electrolyte bicarbonate is formed of sodium hydrogen carbonate solution, carbonic anhydrase, and chloramphenicol.
