摘要

The present technology relates to a synthesis method of metal oxide nanowires or spinel metal oxide nanowires on the surface of a ceramic substrate, and metal oxide nanowires synthesized thereby. The main contents are that a thin metal layer with thickness of several micron or less is formed on the surface of a ceramic substrate, and metal oxide nanowires are directly synthesized on the surface of the ceramic substrate with the chemical vapor deposition reaction and a surface reaction by using the thin metal layer as a source. Spinel metal oxide nanowires are able to be directly synthesized on the surface of the ceramic substrate by additionally coating a metal oxide nanoparticle layer of magnesium oxide, potassium oxide, zinc oxide, tin oxide, etc. on the metal layer and conducting a chemical reaction between the metal layer and the metal oxide nanoparticle layer. The structures according to the present invention are able to increase the contact force between the ceramic substrate and the produced metal oxide nanowires compared to the existing method, and are anticipated to remarkably improve the reaction performance while drastically reducing the catalyst consumption in applied areas such as catalyst substrates in which metal oxide nanowires are widely utilized.
