The utility model relates to medicine, in particular to the treatment of tuberculosis and relates to a test system based on PCR technology in real-time for rapid determination of resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MBT) in clinical samples for anti-tuberculosis drugs: ethambutol, amikacin, capreomycin and fluoroquinolones. The described test system is a set of microtubes with reagents for amplifying DNA Office fragments encoding nucleotide sequences with different, including mutant alleles, wherein the microtubes kit consists of sequential composition combination of functionally and structurally related microtubes made in the form of strips (Figure .1), reaction mixtures containing the corresponding specific 5'-fluorescence-labeled by different fluorophores allele-specific primers for multiplex PCR amp lifikatsii gene fragments embB, rrs and gyr A gyr and B. Presented test system allows for effective diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.
