FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a method for prediction of the clinical course of non-Hodgkin lymphomas involving the DNA recovery from peripheral venous blood lymphocytes, PCR and restriction of the amplification products. That is followed by genetic typing of the polymorphous locus 309TG of MDM2 gene. If observing the genotype TT in the patient, the indolent form of non-Hodgkin lymphomas if predicted; the genotype TG shows the aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphomas, and the genotype GG testifies to the highly aggressive form of the non-Hodgkin lymphomas.;EFFECT: providing an additional criterion for the assessment and prediction of the clinical course of non-Hodgkin lymphomas.;1 tbl, 3 ex
