FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: method includes formation isolation by packer, pumping of chemical reagents into bottom-hole zone of formation, waiting for reaction, steam soak of formation while waiting for reaction in impulse mode by creation of periodic pressure pulses of depression and repression on formation with pumping in and pumping out of formation fluid, pumping out of reaction products after reaction, and well development. According to invention during formation pressure treatment, intake capacity at repression and inflow at depression is controlled. Increase of repression impulse pressure is performed with low steepness 1÷6 MPa/min. When repression and depression impulse pressure is decreased, high steepness of 1÷6 MPa/s is provided. At that pressure impulse amplitudes do not exceed pressure allowed per formation. Duration of repression impulse, when intake capacity is not available, is restricted to achievement of maximum allowable pressure, and when intake capacity is available - to pumping of liquid in volume not exceeding volume of fluid in under-packer zone. Duration of depression impulse, when inflow is not available, is made equal to duration of repression impulse, when intake capacity is not available. And when inflow is available - to pumping out of fluid in volume equal to volume of fluid pumped during fluid repression.EFFECT: higher efficiency of method and operating reliability of the device.4 cl, 6 dwg
